Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold to hit.

How long it takes

Your shirt is made when you order it, so there are two stages, not one.

• Printing: allow up to 10 business days. It is usually a good deal quicker than that, but this is the outside figure and we would rather quote it honestly than have you watching the door.
• Delivery: 3 to 5 business days once it ships.

You will get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the print floor. Everything is printed and shipped from Miami, Florida.

Where we ship

United States only for now. If you are outside the US and want one, email us and we will tell you when that changes.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout, including the apartment or unit number. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and a parcel returned to us for a bad address is refunded for the item price but not reprinted free. See the refund policy for how that works.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking stalls, or says delivered when nothing arrived, email pat.hany.inc.1@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier with you.

Taxes

Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs fees or duties, because we do not ship internationally yet.
